General conditions for returning or exchanging products:

Duration of return or exchange:

All merchandise purchased through Sio Market can be returned and this Within (72) hours from the date of delivery, according to the following conditions:

·        If the received merchandise are defective or damaged, they are visibly damaged.

·        If the received merchandise weren't in their original condition or were used.

·        If the merchandise don't include all the accessories mentioned in the description in the store.

·        If the goods weren't delivered in its original box or cover. 

·        If you change your mind or order a product by mistake, We'll accept the return process, but with the following conditions:

If the returned goods don't fulfill the concedard conditions above, and the customer still wants to return them without reason or justification, Sio Market won't be responsible for shipping and delivery fees, The store also follows up on unreasonable returns, which, if they are repeated in in overstated form, may lead to banning the user's account from the store.


The merchandise that cann't be returned:

Sio Market doesn't accept the return or exchange of goods under the following classification:

·        Cosmetics.

·        Underwear, socks.

·        Health and personal care items.

·        Jewelry, CDs, DVDs, books, and software.

·        Custom-made merchandise.

Sio Market doesn't accept returned merchandise if:

·        The merchandise you wish to return has been used.

·        Or if it is damaged by any misuse.

·        It is also not possible to return or exchange merchandise whose original box was damaged.

·        Or if its box is opened if it cannot be closed again and the goods are not defective.

·        Not all merchandise will be returned within the special offers and discount prices.

Conditions for returning goods:

·        The goods to be returned must be in their original condition, not counterfeit, unwashed, and ironed.

·        Upon return, all accessories and gifts received with the product must be returned in its original packaging.

·        The customer can request an exchange with only any of the available items of the same or higher value.

·        The customer is responsible for the goods until they arrive at our warehouse.

·        Please make sure the returned items are properly packaged to avoid damages. This includes boxes, packaging and labels.

·        Sio Market is not responsible for any items that are returned with damage by the customer or the shipping.

Problem  with color accuracy or style:

We do our best  to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear in the store, However since the actual colors you see will depend on your screen, We cann't guarantee that your screen display of any color will be accurate.

The design may differ slightly from what you see (For example: flowers may be located in different places) This is a rare occurrence, but it should be noted.

Return cycle:

The complete return cycle by Sio Market takes from (7) business days to (14) days from the date the returned goods reach our warehouse.

If retrieval is accepted, If you pay using online payment like:

Bank card or credit card (Visa  or MasterCard(,The funds will be recovered to the same card that you paid by them.

Please known that the refund can take up to 30 days, according to the bank used.

If you pay cash on order, you have three options to recover your money:

1.     Add points to your wallet balance via Sio Market, which you can use to make other purchases via Sio Market.

2.     Bank transfer.

3.     Pay cash.

Delivery and shipping charges:

The delivery and shipping charges paid in your original order won't be recovered.

The client bears all fees for connection, shipping and delivery to and from Sio Market for the time allowed for product return, If the customer wishes to return the merchandise without any reason to return.
